Ephemera & Ink is a monthly postal club – a slow, thoughtful exploration of art, correspondence, and imagination delivered right to your letterbox.

Each month, you’ll receive a beautifully assembled envelope filled with tactile treasures, including:

• A special letter — a note of musings and reflections from my art desk.
• An inky artwork to paint at home — the outline is printed on quality art paper, ready for you to practice the wet-on-wet ink technique that you see on my socials (also featured in my instructional art book)
• A postcard featuring an original inky piece — perfect to send to a friend or display as a mini artwork.
• An original inky blob — a unique splash of inspiration to transform into something all your own.
• A line-work template — intricate inky lines to create a colouring in artwork for you. designed for you to slow down with and colour in.

Each envelope contains a small act of finding stillness— a reminder that creativity can be gentle, slow, and joyfully imperfect.

Important Things

By signing up you acknowledge that Ephemera & Ink postal club is an ongoing subscription until you choose to cancel.

Shipping is included in the price (with no additional charge for international customers). If you order other items along with your subscription, please note that your Ephemera & Ink letter will ship separately, on the 22nd of each month.

If you haven’t received your Ephemera & Ink letter within 4 weeks of the shipping date, please email me at inky@inkymeditations.com and I’ll happily resend it. (Unfortunately, I’m unable to resend letters if more than 2 months have passed since the original shipping date.)

You can update your payment method, or cancel your subscription at any time by logging onto your account. The tab is at the top of the Inky Meditations website ‘My Account’. Your subscription fee will be withdrawn on the same date of each month (the day that you first purchased the subscription).

FAQs

Why hasn’t my letter shipped yet?

All Ephemera & Ink letters are posted on the last business day of each month.
If you sign up anytime during the month, your first letter will ship on that month’s final business day.

When will I receive my letter? Can I track it? 

Ephemera & Ink is sent via regular letter post (untracked) at the end of each month.

• Within Australia: please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.
• International customers: delivery can take 15–20 business days (sometimes a little longer depending on customs).

If your letter hasn’t arrived within 4 weeks of shipment, please get in touch via inky@inkymeditations.com and I’ll resend your envelope.

Oops! I entered the wrong address… 

No worries! Send me a quick message at inky@inkymeditations.com as soon as possible and I’ll update it before your next letter is sent.

When will I be billed? 

Your subscription is billed on the same date each month that you first sign up.
For example, if you subscribe on July 15th, you’ll be billed again on August 15th, September 15th, and so on.
If you’d like to cancel, just do so before your next billing date by logging your account.
